Called HD Appliance Hotline to cancel the installation service and ask for a refund. 1/23: HD plumber failed to show up or call. After some debate, plumber agreed to come on 1/23.ġ/20: Install kit and power cord were delivered without incident. I explained that the install kit and power cord hadn’t arrived yet. ![]() 1/18: HD Plumber called and tried to schedule the installation for 1/19. He also said a plumber should call in the next day or two. The rep said the delivery had been rescheduled for 1/20 because the kit and cord were never put on the truck. Hung up and called the THD Contact Center (87). Was transferred three times and wound up talking to someone in Roanoke who doesn’t deal with online orders. The rep put me on hold to check on the delivery status. I am checking Amazon and now to see if they have the product in stock.ġ/17: Called the Appliance Hotline again. I saw them on camera sitting in my driveway. After they left, I got a call and then a notification that they missed me. On the first delivery, the drivers came to my house, sat in my driveway, never got out of their truck, and then left. There is a disconnect between the people answering the phone and the actual order.
